Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Original tags and packaging must be intact.
The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.

Items damaged due to misuse
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and product photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
